Return Policy


You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.


To be eligible for return, Please ensure that the garment if returned is unused, is in the original packaging and has all the original tags, along with the invoice. Every piece is made to order so we request you to please check the size chart carefully before ordering. For any alteration requests you can write to at 


  1. Incase of any alteration/exchange of size, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 5 days of delivery. We accept the exchange within 10 days of the registered request and hold the right to not accept the products in case received in a damaged condition, worn or after the given time. 

  1. Incase, the product is defected/damaged. Please inform us within 5 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement for you. We will not entertain any exchange requests after the 5 day window.


  1. The cost of sending the product to us if any have to be borne by the customer. you will have to self ship the products to us. We will dispatch the altered/exchanged product at our expense. Request you to please go through our size guide thoroughly before confirming your orders or get in touch with us to know the right size for you.   1. The products should be in unworn condition with all tags intact. Beperkt holds all rights to not accept the products in case they are used or damaged by the customer.


Unfortunately, we do not accept any international returns / exchanges at the moment


Refund (Store Credit)


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will immediately provide you with store credit of equivalent amount to your Beperkt Account.
